We orientated everything to maximize the views and the indoor and outdoor living spaces

With premium water access and a location that befits its regal name, this 4,667-square-foot bayfront Naples residence in the affluent community of Port Royal captures views from every angle. A result of a close collaboration, builders Mark Wilson and Steve Miller assembled the design team consisting of architects Randall Stofft and John Cooney, and interior designer Jennifer Stevens. “We orientated everything to maximize the views and the indoor and outdoor living spaces,” Cooney says.

The exterior employs traditional architectural elements with the use of warm colors to achieve a timeless look. Stevens connects the inspiration for the interior to the exterior’s simplicity. “With a British West Indies style on the outside, we wanted to keep the interior clean and contemporary,” she says. The designer decided on a neutral light palette inside adding green accents to create warmth.
